Aerolite Quarries Pty Ltd Commercial Conditions of trade.

Summary of terms and conditions of sale
 
bulletUnless an approved account is in place before pickup or delivery of material then all sales are on a strictly COD basis.
bulletPayment in an acceptable form must be made before any material is picked up
bulletIf payment is to be made by cheque, payment must be received 3 days before delivery is expected
bulletPayment may be made by using Visa or Master card through our office at the weight bridge
 
bulletAccount purchases are made on condition that all sales are made on a strict 30 day payment basis.
bulletAny agreement to extend terms beyond 30 days will only have validity if it is in writing, on an Aerolite Quarries letter head and signed by a director.
bulletIf payment is not made by 30 days Aerolite Quarries reserves the right to charge interest at 12% on all outstanding amounts owed by the customer from the date of the initial delivery or pick up of material
bulletThe material supplied by Aerolite Quarries remains the property of Aerolite Quarries until it is paid for by the customer.
bulletAerolite Quarries reserves the right and the customer agrees to give the right for Aerolite Quarries to remove any material provided by it where payment has not been made with in the agreed payment time.
 
bulletAerolite Quarries does not give any guarantee as to the usefulness of the product for any intended use. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is suitable for the particular application
bulletAerolite Quarry's weigh bridge does not give any warranty that the amount loaded into trucks meets any roads body or other regulatory standards.
